She thrives in Northern New Mexico’s year-round outdoor lifestyle and enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, tennis, horseback riding, barbecuing, and dining al fresco. She is also dedicated to her community through her leadership of a nonprofit organization that manages and maintains a unique 138-acre off-leash dog park, offering panoramic views of Santa Fe and the surrounding mountain ranges.

  • DAVID

    (The Collector)

"David (they/them) still remembers the first stories that they ever collected.

Troves of tiny treasures tucked into the sands of the arroyos and bosques near their grandparents’ farm seemed simultaneously ephemeral and eternal to their young eyes.  All around them, mysteries abounded; tales yet untold, waiting to be known.  Soon, they became an avid collector of stories in all forms, as well as a maker of them too.

Like a methodically rolling katamari or dutifully gorging kaiju, David’s collections expanded, as did their love of storymaking.  From formative days spent crafting books in school, to the throes of creating independent comics during college, to the years spent in studios and cinemas, David has deepened their passion for story while also helping others develop theirs as well.

Those early explorations and epiphanies were never forgotten.  Stories are magic, living all around and within us, collecting us while we also collect them.

If you want to discuss the latest book or movie that made you feel something, or if you’re excited to share a nerd swoon about your comic con goals, David is your kindred story spirit.”
